Weekly Open Session
We hold parkour sessions every week between 20:00-21:30 at various locations throughout Hong Kong. Parkour practitioners of all levels are welcomed, for our latest location please follow the Hong Kong Parkour Association Instagram page.
Personal Training
We believe that every individual is unique, and each of them has their goals in training, and they have differences in their abilities. HKPA therefore establish personal training courses, in which training could be carried out one-to-one or in small groups, setting up specific schemes for different training objectives and special learning progress. Our coach is, by NASM standards, a certified personal trainer, a pilates coach certified by the BASI™, plus he is experienced after teaching years of ADD/Parkour. Our coaches are also certified to perform first aid so as to offer safe and efficient coaching to satisfy your goals.
The training includes techniques in ADD/Parkour, which centers on the OPT™, or the Optimum Performance Training. The OPT™ is the design of a comprehensive training course according to recent scientific research; In addition, and functional training, plyometrics training, and pilates as training aids; each session lasts for 90 minutes.

Group Training
We accept applications from groups of 3 and over in personalised workshop. Group training for Non-profit organisations would be allegeable for discount. Please contact us at info@parkour.hk for further detail.
